Shipping Information

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided, which may prevent our shipping vendor from delivering your package.

Legal Age & Signature

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE CIGARS. The buyer must ensure that the recipient is 21 years of age. Proof of age and a signature will be required at the time of delivery. We will not be able to refund your order if it is returned to our shipping facility due to your inability to provide proof of a valid identification confirming your legal age.

Shipping Methods

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).

 

The shipping options show the approximate transit times after the order is processed (does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders). Delivery times vary by destination and can take 2-7 days depending on the shipping option selected.

 

USPS and UPS are our two shipping carriers. For domestic shipping within the US, you will be able to select USPS or UPS depending on how fast you would like to receive your order. UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for all international orders.

 

International orders
You are responsible for complying with all custom laws and regulations regarding the importation of cigars to the country that you have requested shipping for. No returns are allowed on international orders. You will be responsible for the shipping cost again for any order returned to our facility by customs.

Returns

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • The return package MUST be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

No return request will be accepted if 5 days have already passed since you received your order or on any international orders.

If you meet the above criteria, please send us an email asap at gerbyclick@gerbyclick.com, and our team will attempt to resolve any issue. Please include the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your order number.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Total items being returned.
  • Description of the item(s) being returned.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned order.

Refunds

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request based on the inspection result.

If approved, a refund will be processed for the item(s) received minus the shipping cost of your order, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
